Order Processing and Shipping Information

Lipstick and Littles will not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations.Due to volume of orders, changes can not be made to the order once it is placed, so please verify your address and size prior to placing your order.
If you have received an incorrect product or a damaged/defective item, please contact us immediately and attach a photo of the item with a description of the issue.
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received, and shipped within 10-14 business days unless you have selected expedited processing, in which case your order will be processed immediately and shipped within 5 business days.
On occasion, shipping labels are generated prior to the order being packed for shipment. This generates a shipping confirmation and a tracking number, however updated tracking information will not be available until the package is received by the postal carrier. All tracking information will be updated within 48 hours of your shipping confirmation.
